Two-piece Gruvlok® couplings

Two-piece large diameter standard groove couplings have been added to its Gruvlok product line. The new couplings will be available in both rigid and flexible styles and will use standard grooves that conform to the American Water Works Association (AWWA) C606 standard for grooved and shouldered joints. Type FR fire-rated floor door

Door is equipped with the UL-listed self-closing mechanism. This closing mechanism offers a simplified design that requires less maintenance and takes up less area within the door’s clear opening. Available in single-leaf, aluminum construction, Type FR door provides convenient access between building floors while maintaining the fire rating of the floor-ceiling assembly. Tested and approved at UL laboratories in accordance with NFPA 251 (ASTM E119) and NFPA 80, this door contains flames and limits heat transmission between building floors for a period of two hours.
