Control valves Danfoss Flomatic Corporation introduces their new Cycle Gard Constant Pressure Pump Control Valves family. The Cycle Gard Constant Pressure Pump Control Valves maintain a constant pressure, eliminates the pump from cycling. These valves feature a hydraulically operated valve requiring no electricity and helps eliminates the effect of water hammer, extends pump motor life, and allows for a reduced tank size. These valves automatically regulate downstream pressure and provide a constant pressure until the demand in the system is no longer required. Depending on the valve model, an integral or external low flow by-pass allows the system pressure to slowly rise under low demand and fill the tank or reservoir until the pressure switch setting is reached shutting the pump off. |

Easy-to-install kit components ensure pump isolation and easy removal of circulators for replacement or service work by eliminating the need to drain and refill an entire hydronic system. The kit also includes a corrosion-resistant brass body and chrome plated ball valve, a rotating flange for ease of alignment, 1/4-turn open/close lever handle design for positive, leak-free shut-off, full port ball valve for unrestricted flow, and all installation hardware.
