Pump Control Danfoss Flomatic Corp. offers its new direct-acting pump control with integral built in by-pass, Hydro Stat Model C3100. This constant pressure pump control valve reduces rapid pump cycling and maintains a pre-set operating pressure, which is field adjustable. Other features include a low lead alloy body and bell housing that has threaded female I.D. x male O.D. on inlet and outlet connections and corrosion resistant internal components with a Nylon reinforced Buna-N diaphragm. Immersible Pumps Quick Service Immersible Pumps, from Hayward Industrial Products, are designed for rugged, chemical duty. Pumps are available in Corzan CPVC or fiberglass reinforced polypropylene. Precision molded, dynamically balanced, “enclosed” impellers allow pumping of abrasive solutions, ability to run dry, and can operate against a closed discharge valve. Pump can withstand flow rates up to 80 gpm and up to 45 TDH. Features include a special teardrop locking design that allows the operator to quickly remove the pump core for service while the pump body stays connected to the piping system. Simply loosen the four mounting bolts, turn the pump motor slightly and lift it out of the body for service. Spillage of the process media is eliminated because the pump body stays connected to the piping system. Applications include pumping for aeration, agitation, filtration, recirculation, spraying, and transfer in plating, electronics, photo processing, pollution control, chemical processing and water treatment. |
